Enrollment and Payment Policies
Application Fee:
A $50.00 non-refundable fee per student is due upon enrollment to AMS each year.
Tuition Commitment:
The current tuition fees are stated on the application form and on the back of this page.
Tuition for the entire academic year is the responsibility of the student’s family. Upon enrollment a non-refundable half-month’s tuition is due. The second half is due by August 1st. The remaining year’s tuition is payable in eight equal monthly installments, October through May. Tuition payments are due on or before the first day of each month. Before-Care and After-Care schedules are due by the due date posted on the schedule. Semester and full year payments are gladly accepted. We accept cash or checks payable to the order of AMS.
Tuition is non-refundable. Each family is responsible for the payment of an entire year’s tuition regardless of absences due to extended family vacations, illness or unscheduled school closings (i.e. snow days). If you plan to withdraw your child from our program, a two-week written notification must be submitted to be relieved of your year long payment contract. After withdrawal, your child will not be eligible for re-admittance until the 2013-2014 school year.
